說(shuō)明：
TCD系列除濕干燥送料組合及除濕、干燥、二段送料三種功能于一體。廣泛適用于各種塑料原料，尤其是吸濕性較強(qiáng)的工程塑料，如PA、PC、PBT、PET等，THD-H型在理想狀態(tài)也最低可達(dá)-40℃的露點(diǎn)，該系列產(chǎn)品采用TD-H系列蜂巢轉(zhuǎn)輪除濕機(jī)搭配下吹式全不銹鋼歐化保溫干燥料桶組合而成。全系列采用PID溫控系統(tǒng)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝備，另提供PLE控制搭配LCD觸控式人機(jī)界面供選購(gòu)，提供露點(diǎn)計(jì)以及自動(dòng)填料機(jī)供選配。


The TCD series “All-in-One”compact dryers combine drying，dehumidifying，and two-stage conveying function in a single unit，They are suitable for drying hygroscopic engineering plastics，such as PA、PC、PBT、PET，etc。A honeycomb rotor is used in the dehumidifying section。


本機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
1.TCD除濕干燥送料組合一律配備蜂巢轉(zhuǎn)輪，可得到穩(wěn)定性好的低露點(diǎn)干燥空氣，造型分為半開放式與全密閉式二種；
2.適用于吸濕性較強(qiáng)的工程塑料原料如：PA、PC、PBT、PET等；
3.集除濕、干燥、二段送料三種功能于一體，并可選擇三段送料功能；
4.保溫式干燥料桶采用下吹風(fēng)管設(shè)計(jì)，搭配旋風(fēng)排氣裝置，防止熱能散失，確保溫度，提高干燥效率；
5.所有機(jī)器均搭配回路密閉的送料系統(tǒng)，可避免干燥后的原料因接觸外界空氣而再度受潮；
6.該系列除濕系統(tǒng)采用雙冷卻器結(jié)構(gòu)，確保更低回風(fēng)溫度及露點(diǎn)；
7.送料系統(tǒng)配備截料閥，確保料管中無(wú)殘留原料；
8.該機(jī)配備微電腦控制為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配備，可選購(gòu)PLC控制及LCD觸控式人機(jī)界面，操作集中方便，可控制整機(jī)自動(dòng)運(yùn)行；
9.可選配露點(diǎn)計(jì)，隨時(shí)監(jiān)控露點(diǎn)；


Features：

4.Insulated drying hopper feaatures dry air down-blowing and cyclone exhaust design，This improves drying efficiency and reduces energy consumption which maintaining a steady drying efect；
5.Closed-loop conveying system eliminates the possibility of moisture re-absorption during air temperature andlow dew-point；
6.The dehumidifying section of TCD series features two condensers to ensure a low reture air temperature andlow dew-point；
7.Equipped with pneumatic shut-off valve to ensure   no material remains in the material line after each loadingcycle；
8.Material processing is controlled via microprocessor as standard with touch screen PLC control as an option for centralised and automatic operation；
9.Dew-point monitor can be fitted to monitor and display dry air dew-point；
