熱自恢復保險絲原理
自恢復保險絲(以下簡稱保險絲)由聚合物樹脂基體及分布在里面的導電粒子組成,在正常情況下,導電粒子在樹脂基體中構成鏈狀導電通路,保險絲表現為低阻抗(a)。電路中有過電流發生時,流經保險絲的大電流產生的熱量使聚合物樹脂基體體積膨脹,切斷了導電粒子形成的鏈狀導電通路,導致保險絲的阻抗迅速升高,從而起到對電路的過流保護作用(b)。故障排除后,樹脂重新冷卻結晶,體積收縮,導電粒子重新形成導電通路,保險絲恢復為低阻抗。
自恢復保險絲參數
在自恢復保險絲選型過程中,主要涉及以下參數
1. 保持電流(Ih):25℃靜止空氣環境中不觸發電阻突越的最高電流。
2. 觸發電流(It):25℃靜止空氣環境中PTC聚合物自復保險絲從低阻轉為高阻抗的最小電流。
3. 最大電壓(Vmax):PTC聚合物自復保險絲的最大工作電壓。
4. 最大電流(Imax):PTC聚合物自復保險絲能承受的最大電流。
5. 動作功率(Pdtyp.):25℃環境溫度時PTC聚合物自復保險絲動作狀態下的消耗功率。
6. 動作時間(Ttrip):5倍保持電流下最大動作時間。
