“恒發”牌產品售后服務承諾書

公司生產的“恒發”牌電梯、產品在引進國外先進技術的基礎上根據國內運行環境特別設計和制造，產品符合國家標準GB7588-2003《電梯制造與安裝安全規范》和歐洲EN81標準。

對于公司的產品，我們特對產品售后服務作出如下承諾：

1、電梯安裝調試完畢交付用戶使用后在質保期內按合同要求免費保修。

2、保證由具有安裝上崗證的專業安裝人員負責安裝維保，并配備專職檢驗人員驗收。

3、負責免費培訓1-2名維護保養人員。

4、質保期內免費提供配件(人為損壞除外)，長期按出廠價供應備品備件。 

5、出現故障接到報修通知后2小時到達現場。公司提供24小時全天候緊急故障處理或意外事故的技術性服務，如發生緊急狀況，接到客戶電話后30分鐘到
