防靜電工作服

在使用防靜電工作服時應該注意一下幾點：

一般不使用非防靜電織物作襯里。必須使用時，所用襯里不得超過總襯里面積的20％。操作人員在防靜電工作區時不得穿脫服裝。

整件服裝不得使用任何金屬附件。必須使用時應不直接處露到服裝表面，以免金屬放電。在進入防靜電工作區前必須穿著防靜電服。

防靜電工作服結構應為“三緊式”而且耐磨性較好不起塵。

穿用工作服時必須與防靜電鞋配套使用，并每隔一年按國家標準對其進行復檢，當帶電量超過規定值時，則不得繼續使用。

純棉制服在相對濕度低于40％環境中，不適于作防靜電工作服，因不能防止靜電在其上積累。

 

In the use of
antistatic clothing notices should be taken as follows:

Generally don’t use
non-antistatic fabric as lining. When needed, the use of lining
should not exceed 20% of the total area of the lining. Operators in
antistatic work area may not wear clothing from.

Don’t adorn any metal
annex. When needed, it shouldn’t be directly disclosed to the dress
surface, in order to avoid metal discharge. wear antistatic
clothing before entering antistatic work area.

Antistatic clothing
should be designed to be “three -tight”, and be good at resistance
and preventing dust.

Antistatic clothing
must be use with antistatic shoes. According to the national
standard, check up them every other year. If value of electricity
exceeds set value, they couldn’t be used as before.

If relative humidity is
below 40%, cotton clothing is not suitable for antistatic clothing,
because it failed to prevent accumulation of static
electricity.
