IAAF即為國(guó)際田徑聯(lián)合會(huì)，這一協(xié)會(huì)存在的目的在于確保比賽場(chǎng)地符合IAAF標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的各項(xiàng)要求，從而保護(hù)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的健康以及保證運(yùn)動(dòng)跑以及相關(guān)設(shè)施的表面特性的一致性。產(chǎn)品證書(shū)并不是為以后的適用性和可接受性國(guó)際田聯(lián)規(guī)則下的比賽之一的產(chǎn)品認(rèn)可。
 
IAAF （International Association of Athletics Federations).The purpose of this system is to ensure


compliance with IAAF requirements for competition surfaces and thereby to safeguard the heath of the athletes and to guarantee the integrity of the performance in so far as it is related to the track surface. The product certificate is not intended as a product endorsement beyond one of suitability and acceptability for competitions under IAAF Rules.
 
    1、 國(guó)際田聯(lián)跑道IAAF認(rèn)證 
    國(guó)際田聯(lián)跑道IAAF認(rèn)證的目的是為了使制造商的產(chǎn)品符合國(guó)際田聯(lián)的規(guī)定，以保障運(yùn)動(dòng)員的健康和安全以及賽事的完整性和觀賞性。 
    申請(qǐng)條件：任何制造商均可向國(guó)際田聯(lián)提出申請(qǐng) 
    證書(shū)有效期限：四年 
     
    2、 國(guó)際田聯(lián)田徑設(shè)施IAAF認(rèn)證 
    根據(jù)國(guó)際田聯(lián)規(guī)則第12.1條的規(guī)定，用于一定規(guī)格比賽的人造跑道表面必須符合國(guó)際田聯(lián)制定的認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 
    IAAF will issue three forms of Certificate: 
    Class 1 Track 
    for competition technical facilities conforming in


all respects with the requirements of Rules 140 & 134.
    Class 2 Track 
    for competition technical facilities in which the


in situ tests for compliance with the IAAF Performance


Specifications for Synthetic Surfaces have not been performed but where the track surfacing has a valid IAAF product certificate and where the homologation of


the facility is certified to be fully in accordance


with IAAF Rule 134. 
    In each certificate， reference to the synthetic product and survey report will be listed. 
    Class 1 Track: Measurement/Survey + In-Situ Test


Report 
    Class 2 Track: Measurement/Survey + Synthetic Product Test Report 


    3、IAAF Certification Applied Products:

          2.Track and Field Facilities 運(yùn)動(dòng)跑道和運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地設(shè)施

            產(chǎn)品證書(shū)有效期限：四年 


三) OTC中正檢測(cè)認(rèn)證所能承接的認(rèn)證服務(wù)如下:
1，認(rèn)證服務(wù)：歐盟CE認(rèn)證， E-MARK認(rèn)證，德國(guó)GS認(rèn)證，北美認(rèn)證DOT，UPC，澳洲認(rèn)證
2， 體育認(rèn)證：BWF(國(guó)際羽聯(lián))，ITF(國(guó)際網(wǎng)聯(lián))，IAAF(國(guó)際田聯(lián))，F(xiàn)IBA(國(guó)際籃聯(lián))，F(xiàn)INA(國(guó)際泳 聯(lián))，F(xiàn)IFA(國(guó)際足聯(lián))， ITTF(國(guó)際乒聯(lián))....    
3. 沙特SASO，尼日利亞COC，肯尼亞PVOC，阿爾及利亞PVOC，坦桑尼亞COC，烏干達(dá)COC，布隆迪COC...…
