SWCM型多級船用生活污水處理裝置 
      生活污水處理裝置，船用生活污水處理裝置，多級新標準船用生活污水處理裝置，本裝置用于處理船上廁所下水道糞便污水（又稱黑水），使之達到國際排放標準排放至舷處。本裝置也可用作船上來自廚房和洗澡的灰水的處理，但灰水應(yīng)作預(yù)處理和選用容量較大的裝置相匹配。
      我公司生產(chǎn)的船用生活污水處理裝置適用于10-300名船員的各類船舶和海洋石油鉆井平臺，按執(zhí)行的新舊標準分為兩種，包括：SWCB型船用生活污水處理裝置（符合MEPC.2(VI)決議）、SWCM型船用生活污水處理裝置（MEPC.159(55)決議）。新舊排放標準的差異見下附表。
 
      船用生活污水處理裝置屬IMO國際防止船舶造成海洋污染公約《MARPOL 73/78》附則IV的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。現(xiàn)行的排放標準和性能試驗準則是1976年12月3日頒布的MEPC.2(VI)決議（稱為老標準），本系列裝置遵守2006年10月13日頒布的MEPC.159(55)決議（稱為新標準），公約規(guī)定自2010年1月1日起凡是吊裝到不論新老船舶上的船用生活污水處理裝置都應(yīng)滿足新標準的要求。


      船用生活污水處理裝置屬IMO國際防止船舶造成海洋污染公約《MARPOL 73/78》附則IV的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。現(xiàn)行的排放標準和性能試驗準則是1976年12月3日頒布的MEPC.2(VI)決議（稱為老標準），本系列裝置遵守2006年10月13日 頒布的MEPC.159(55)決議（稱為新標準），公約規(guī)定自2010年1月1日起凡是吊裝到不論新老船舶上的船用生活污水處理裝置都應(yīng)滿足新標準的要求。多級船用生活污水處理裝置利用活性污泥、接觸氧化和膜生物反應(yīng)器（MBR）的處理原理消解有機污染物質(zhì)。MBR能達到高效、徹底和干凈地處理污水，使排放水滿足IMO 新標準和其他更嚴厲的要求。產(chǎn)品提供CCS證書和EC證書
本裝置為專利產(chǎn)品，具有自主創(chuàng)新知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。

This device is according to the resolution MEPC.159(55) enacted on 13 October 2006， which is called “new standards” .The convention (MARPOL 73/78) provides that all STPs installed on board on or after 1 January 2010 should meet the resolution MEPC159(55).The different effluent standards and days for type test in some organizations are as follows:
