產品簡介：
熱水循環電加熱系統是通過電阻絲通電發熱，電能轉換為熱能，熱能導入水中，把水加熱成熱水，熱水循環泵輔助循環電磁熱水鍋爐和暖氣管道里的熱水，通過散熱器實現采暖目的電采暖爐工作原理是間歇工作，即當供水溫度小于上限溫度時電采暖爐處于加熱狀態，當供水溫度到達上限溫度時電采暖爐處于停機保溫狀態。在采暖期最冷的幾天，電采暖爐提供的值剛好滿足或小于房間需求的熱負荷，過高的設置電采暖爐的上限溫度值，會造成電采暖爐實際的供水溫度很難達到上限溫度，這樣電采暖爐就會處于24小時加熱狀態。

控制原理：
采用WR4240系列電磁熱水鍋爐電腦控制器。我公司吸收國外先進技術，結合國內電磁熱水鍋爐控制自動化的各種需要和具體應用現狀，采用現代電腦控制技術，而推出的新一代電磁熱水鍋爐控制器。適用于蒸汽電磁熱水鍋爐、熱水電磁熱水鍋爐和導熱油爐的自動控制，具有可靠性高、自動化程度高、使用方便、操作簡單、功能豐富、控制靈活、造型美觀、性能價格比高等優點。
本機采用智能模塊式工控機（iPC）作為控制系統的核心。它的每一個模塊就是一個帶有微處理器(CPU)的智能單元，本身具有強大的可編程功能，可獨立完成各種復雜的單元功能，是國內電磁熱水鍋爐電腦控制器中最先進的產品。
