儀器進口清關需要哪些資料

1.《進口舊機電產品備案申請委托書》；
Attorney of the old Mechanical and Electronic Products import record application
2.《進口舊機電產品備案申請書》；
The old Mechanical and Electronic Products import record application
3.《進口舊機電產品清單》；
The old Mechanical and Electronic Products import detail list
4. 申請人、收貨人、發貨人營業執照復印件；
The business license copys of Proposer， consignee，shipper
5. 機械裸機整機圖片及銘牌圖片；
Thw picture of the machine and the nameplate
6. 必要時，還應當提交以下資料（除照片外，申請人均需核蓋公章）：
It‘s possible to provide below documents(devide picture，proposer need sign company seal
機電產品的狀況說明※、制造年份證明材料，反映備案產品特征的彩色照片（設備制造年份超過8年需提供），械設備維修保養記錄；
The Mechanical and Electronic Products information explain，the certification of the  manufacture year，The colorful pictures need reflect machine‘ feature that the machine above 8 years must to provide it，the machine maintain record.
7. 權屬外資企業，需提供外商批準證書及組織機構代碼證，國地稅復印件敲章文件。
If foreign company，it must to provide Foreign Investment Approval certificate ，Certificate of Organization Code and the signed copy of national tax local tax
