結構、工作原理及用途:
    LK系列測長傳感器，由測長傳動輪、測長信號接收和信號輸入電路構成，傳動輪通過與被測物（如紡織品、塑膠帶）的反向摩擦滾動，或與被測物生產主機的主軸的反向滾動，通過傳感器內部的齒輪比和電信號相結合，將所測的實際長度單位信號輸出給計數器（計長儀），由計數器（計長儀）記錄其累計長度。  
     本系列產品與計數器或計長儀配合，廣泛適用于印刷機械、包裝機械、紡織機械、塑料橡膠機械、電線電纜設備、制藥機械以及所有生產過程中需要自動檢測產品長度的場合。
使用注意：
1. 固定位置并無限制，但轉輪旋轉方向需與待測物前時方向平行。
2. 待測物接觸面盡量避免有機溶劑、油、水或高溫。
3. 激烈震動之場所，除造成計數誤差外，也易造成機械損壞。
4. 伸縮性大的材料，注意接觸面的壓著力。
5. 由于原點不確定，電源投入后，第一個輸出信號長度誤差介于0.30與50%之間。
6. 精度誤差正負一個計長單位。
