進口倒吊桶疏水閥內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)是一個倒吊桶為液位敏感件，由杠桿連接倒吊桶，裝置剛起動時，管道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)空氣和低溫冷凝水，此時疏水閥是全開放，空氣和低溫冷凝水迅速排出，裝置很快提升溫度。當蒸汽進入倒吊桶內(nèi)，倒吊桶產(chǎn)生向上浮力，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥心關(guān)閉閥門。倒吊桶上開有一小孔，能自動排空氣，當一部份蒸汽從小孔排出，另一部份蒸汽產(chǎn)生凝結(jié)水，倒吊桶失去浮力向下沉，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥心開啟閥門。當蒸汽再進入倒吊桶內(nèi)，閥門再關(guān)閉，循環(huán)工作，間斷排水。

加裝抗水錘及防破水封逆止閥，對于抗水錘及防止破水封有明顯成效。低負載滴漏排放，中負載間歇排放，滿載連續(xù)排放不會形成冷滯和氣堵。有不同節(jié)流孔可選擇，不同壓力下可維持一定的排水量，  有良好的我清洗性能，無污物困擾。耐污垢，小顆粒雜質(zhì)經(jīng)由頂上節(jié)流孔沖出去。操作時可全程排放不凝結(jié)氣體。背壓能力強，適合回收系統(tǒng)使用。不可使用于過熱蒸汽。零件采用不銹鋼及硬化鉻鋼閥座，耐磨抗蝕。體大，不耐凍。停機時，閥座是開啟的狀態(tài)。裝置時須直立，不能歪斜既可連續(xù)排水，亦可間歇排水。
