該機采用單洗滌缸單水泵洗滌、由不銹鋼箱體、潔洗系統、漂洗系統、傳送系統、電氣控缸系統等組成。

該機通過傳送系統由傳送系統將碗碟等首先進人預清洗區 ，由上下噴洗臂噴洗滌溫水進行預清洗．去除碗碟表面污漬然后進入潔洗區，由上下噴洗臂噴清洗熱水進行清洗徹底清除油漬等，最后進入凈水漂洗除去表面的污水，達到洗凈的要求，洗凈的碗碟從出口端取出。設有內開天、進水閥、進汽閥、溫控儀、等確保了設備的正常運轉。
