1. All information boxes in CTN form are mandatory filled.所有CTN表格內(nèi)的資料必須完整填寫.
2. No amendment or mistake is accepted in original CTN form
正本CTN一旦簽發(fā)，如無(wú)意外，不接受任何更改
3. Shipper will be responsible for bank charges if happen.銀行手續(xù)費(fèi)全部由托運(yùn)人承擔(dān).
4. Any Cargo not covered by the validated CTN constitute an offence to the regulation in force in Nigeria, penalties will be systematically applied at destination. 
任何沒(méi)有簽發(fā)CTN的貨物都會(huì)在目的港收到懲罰.
CARGO TRACKING NOTE issue procedure:
CARGO TRACKING NOTE 簽發(fā)程序：
1. Please fulfill FORM and send back.     請(qǐng)?zhí)顚懕砀窈蠡貍?
2. Please settle all charges above mentioned.請(qǐng)支付相關(guān)費(fèi)用.
3. Release CTN No. 發(fā)放CTN號(hào)碼.
4. Issue original CTN against Bill copy and final confirmed FORM.
憑提單復(fù)印件發(fā)放正本CTN.
