MF系列中頻逆變直流電阻焊接機(jī)

設(shè)備主要特點(diǎn)
1.電阻焊是靠焊接電流通過工件而工件本身的電阻產(chǎn)生的高溫?zé)醽砣酆虾附拥模虼丝赏ㄟ^調(diào)整提高和改變焊接電流的頻率來使焊接過程更加優(yōu)化,焊接過程控制的更好,從而提高產(chǎn)品的焊接質(zhì)量。
中頻焊機(jī)就是在此原理基礎(chǔ)上研發(fā)產(chǎn)生,普通交流工頻焊機(jī)的頻率是50HZ或者60HZ,而中頻焊機(jī)的頻率是1000HZ,時間控制精度高,功率因數(shù)達(dá)98%,無電磁感應(yīng)渦流干擾,焊接質(zhì)量相對提高很多。
2.但是并非所有工件的焊接電流最佳值都是1000HZ,有些需要更大一些的焊接頻率,有些則需要小一些,我們公司在此基礎(chǔ)上又研發(fā)出焊接電流頻率可調(diào)可變的性能更優(yōu)良的VF系列變頻焊機(jī)。其原理是通過加有IGBT的脈沖寬度可調(diào)的“焊接控制器”及輸出電壓V和變壓器匝數(shù)N可調(diào)的“焊接變壓器”一起實現(xiàn)焊接頻率可調(diào)。
3.然而這兩種焊接都不會根據(jù)工件的細(xì)微變化自動調(diào)整焊接電流的大小,為了滿足汽車,飛機(jī)等高端產(chǎn)品對焊接質(zhì)量的更高需要,我們公司又在以上兩種焊機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上加裝了“動態(tài)電阻原理的中頻自適應(yīng)控制系統(tǒng)”,
該系統(tǒng)以恒流方式控制技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)工件板厚、工件表面污垢及銹蝕程度,操作人員個體差異性等因素的細(xì)微變化及焊點(diǎn)的分流等情況,自動調(diào)整焊接過程中的每一個焊點(diǎn)的焊接電流,保證焊接質(zhì)量和焊接效果的高度一致性。
4.中頻電源及變頻電源都是由三相電網(wǎng)供電,而不是傳統(tǒng)的工頻交流焊機(jī)的兩相供電,不會造成電網(wǎng)的波動,同時對電網(wǎng)自身的波動,電壓的突然升降,適應(yīng)性也較強(qiáng)。電流輸出更精確、更穩(wěn)定,更節(jié)能、更高效。
5.特別適合焊接導(dǎo)電率較高的鋁,銅材料,比較厚的工件,汽車,航天飛機(jī),其他高端產(chǎn)品及行業(yè)的焊接。

1.ResistanceWeldingisonekindofweldingtechnologywhichmeltthemetalmaterialbytheresistanceheatingenergywhichisgeneratedbytheweldingcurrentpassingtheworkpieceitself.Thereforebyincreaseoradjustingtheweldingcurrentfrequency,itcanchangeandimprovetheweldingquality.
Justbasingonthistheory,wedeveloptheMiddleFrequencyInverterDCWeldingMachine,itsweldingcurrentfrequencyincreaseto1000HZfromcommon50HZor60HZ.
Thecontrollingtimeprecisionismuchhigher,thepowerfactorismorethan98%,withouteddycurrentelectromagneticinductioninterference,theweldingqualityisalsoimprovedalot.
2.Whilenotforalltheworkpiece,thecurrentoptimumvalueisallsameas1000HZ,someneedbiggerweldingfrequency,othersneedless,justbecausethisreason,basingontheMiddleFrequencyWeldingTechnology,wealsodevelopVFSeriesVariableFrequencyWeldingMachinewhichweldingfrequencyisadjustable.
TheprincipleisthatbytheaddedaIGBTpulsewidthadjustable"WeldingController"andtheoutputvoltageofVandtransformerturnsNalladjustable"WeldingTransformer"tofulfillthefunctionofadjustablefrequency.
3.However,thesetwokindsofweldingmethodsbothcannotadjustweldingcurrecntvalueofeachweldingautomaticallyaccordingtothesubtlechangesofworkpiece.
Inordertomeetmuchhigherrequesttoweldingquality,suchasfortheautomotive,aircraftandotherhigh-endproducts,wedeveloponekindof“DynamicResistancePrincipleAutoSelfAdaptiveControlSystem”.ItcaninstalltobothMFandVFWelder,bythiswaytheycanadjusttheweldingcurrentautomaticallybasingdifferentproduct.
Thissystemisbasedontheconstantcurrentmodecontroltechnique,accordingtotheworkpiecethickness,differentdirtsurfaceofworkpieceandthecorrosiondegree,currentshunt,theoperator’sindividualdifferencefactors,suchasthesubtlechangesandsolderjoints,itcanautomaticallyadjustweldingcurrentduringtheweldingprocessofeachweldingspot,ensuretheconsistencyoftheweldingqualityandeffect.
4.MiddleFrequencyandVariableFrequencyWelderarebothpoweredbythree-phasepower,comparedtothetraditionalACweldertwo-phasepowersupply,willnotcausethefluctuationofpowersupply,alsocanadaptsuddenlyliftingvoltagestrongly.Currentoutputisalsomoreaccurate,morestable,moreenergysavingandmoreefficient.
5.Thesekindsofhighertechnologyisspeciallysuitableforweldinghigherconductiverateofmaterial,suchasaluminum,copper,silver,andsoon.Alsogoodatweldingmuchmorethickerworkpiece,automobile,aerospace,andotherhighrequestproductsandindustry.
