防靜電阻燃面料

防靜電阻燃面料除了具有阻燃性能外，由于在織物內部經緯方向織入了具有導電性能的碳絲纖維，因而使其具有了永久的防靜電性能，且該兩種功能互不干擾，均可達到各自的功能指標。阻燃性能可達到歐盟的EN11612(原EN531)、EN11611(原EN470-1)、EN533；美國的NFPA2112、ASTM等標準。

防靜電性能可以達到EN1149標準。我廠生產的永久性防靜電面料因導電絲不同分為兩種類型，一種是采用不銹鋼纖維與棉、滌棉纖維混紡織造而成；一種是嵌入式防靜電布，它是在織物經向、緯向間隔一定的距離均勻加入導電長絲。

使用該種面料制成的防護服可以有效地避免電荷的聚集，使電荷及時放電或漏電，從而避免燃爆炸事故的發生，是石化、煤礦、軍工、精密儀器、航空航天等領域的理想選擇。防靜電性能均可以達到GB12014《防靜電工作服》、GB12703《防靜電織物》、EN1149-1、EN1149-3等標準。
