非石棉墊片（無石棉墊片）是以芳綸等有機纖維和植物纖維無機礦物質在高溫下壓延而成的密封材料，由于含石棉纖維很少，適用為石棉墊片的無石棉墊片的替代產品。非石棉墊片（無石棉墊片）既具有較高的強度，又具有較好的回彈性，同時具有超強的抗滲透性能是在高溫高壓下取代石棉墊片的良好環保材料。

無石棉墊片與非石棉墊片
歐美國家一般所提的ASBESTOS FREE GASKET 或NON ASBESTOS GASKET指的是100%不含有石棉的墊片。應該說翻譯為中文可以說成“無石棉墊片”或“非石棉墊片”，但目前在國內市場上我們一般將將含有一定量石棉（5-20%）的墊片稱為非石棉墊片或無石棉墊片，因此客戶需要在訂購時詳加說明。

非石棉墊片或無石棉墊片常應用于石油基潤滑油，以及水、水蒸氣等的密封。
