◆龍門滾鍍設備主要應用于小型工件的批量電鍍，設計特點如下： 

1）行車設有接水盤裝置，防止滾桶和工件帶出的液體交叉污染槽液。
 
2）行車設有脫水機械，當滾桶被提起后，脫水機械帶動滾桶旋轉，使滾桶和工件上藏有的液體滴回原站位，減少鍍液的浪費。

3）滾桶的裝卸料采用自動裝置完成，并可與后處理機械手自動銜接，減少人為設置錯誤，降低人工勞動強度。
 
4）滾桶設有自動稱重裝置，整流機可根據滾桶的裝載量自動設定電流。 

5）滾桶轉軸和蓋板的花式設計，有效的防止滾桶卡貨或夾貨，提高電鍍的良品率。
